Explain the app
Everything the client portal does, in the order you will use it
Read this once and you will know exactly where your value sits, what unlocks it, and what each control in the portal changes.
Dashboard navigation architecture
Four destinations behind one persistent header, with access matched to your role.
Dashboard
Dual balances, status banners, quick actions and your recent ledger.
Verification
Stage 1 document upload and Stage 2 micro-charge activation.
Cards
Apply, reveal details, freeze, set caps and view card spend.
Admin centre
Visible to administrators only — user, KYC, desk and card controls.
Balance mechanics: Recovered holdings vs converted funds
Two pools, one hard rule between them.
Recovered holdings
The coin recovered on your behalf, held in vault custody. It is shown with a live USD equivalence that moves with the market — that figure is an indication of value, not a spendable balance.
Cannot be withdrawn to a bank. Cannot be spent on a card. Must be converted first.
Converted USD
Liquid dollars produced by the conversion desk at a fixed executed rate. This pool funds ACH settlement, wire transfers and card authorisations.
Fully liquid. Settles to your verified bank account or your issued card.
